Bainvalley Cottages

John and Wendy have been welcoming guests to Bainvalley Cottages for four years and are delighted to invite you to discover them for yourself.

They are 4 star lovingly converted rural retreats that boast well appointed interiors.Ideally situated for either a romantic short break or using as a base. With a backdrop of beautiful countryside the cottages are detached and have ample parking. A Good Food pub nearby within walking distance. We welcome children and well behaved pets.

The cottages are both open plan with both under floor heating and a wood burning stove downstairs and radiators upstairs.

The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer. There is a cloakroom close to the main door.  A garden room added onto the rear of the property allows you to relax and enjoy the views across the fields to the River Bain and the distant Church of Baumber.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, and a well equipped bathroom with a heated towel rail and both a kidney shaped bath and free stand alone corner shower allowing you a choice.

The perfect combination - either choose to stay for self catering or bed and breakfast in one of the two holiday cottages whilst enjoying the surroundings of 40 acres of the Lincolnshire Wolds - a taste of country living ..... Come and see - you'll never want to leave!
