Buses take to the information superhighway
It’s now quicker and easier to find the bus for you.
Online at www.lincsbus.info , the website gives details on all buses running in the county. Times and routes are all available at the click of a button, 24-7. The site also shows the location of rail lines and some train stations in Lincolnshire and provides information on county tourist attractions, such as Lincoln Castle and Gainsborough Old Hall.
Councillor William Webb, Executive Member for Highways and Transport, said:
“It’s never been easier to plan your journey. This website is the first of its kind to be launched in the country, and comes equipped with an interactive map. This means residents can find the right route for them at a glance. Ideally, this will encourage more people to leave the car behind and get on board a cleaner, greener mode of transport.”
