Diners will also encounter a stilt walker, a clown and a magician before their meal is over.
At 10.30am BBC Lincolnshire will perform a live link-up between England and Australia and the Mayor of Lincoln will speak to the Mayor of Port Lincoln, Australia.
The Right Worshipful, the Mayor of Lincoln, Councillor David Gratrick, said:
The Great Australian Breakfast is always very popular because it’s good fun and is a fantastic way to celebrate our twinning with Port Lincoln, in the same week as Australia Day.
"The entertainment programme is sure to be popular, and I would urge everyone to arrive early to get their fill!"
Once breakfast is over, the Walkabout shop from Stamford will be selling Australian gifts, food and clothes. Mayor’s chauffeur Keith Prescott, one of the photography finalists for the BBC Countryfile calendar will be displaying and selling his wildlife photography and the Lincoln Walkabout pub will dish out some Australian surprises.
