The Inn Place is a friendly, family-run bed and breakfast (B&B) ideally located in the popular coastal resort of Skegness, the jewel of the Lincolnshire coastline.

We are located a short walk from all the major attractions of Skegness, which offer fun and good times for young and old, and a short walk from the beach. Everything you could need is within easy reach!

What we offer:

All our rooms are en-suite and we offer both double and twin rooms. All rooms come with colour television with Freeview as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Plenty. Skegness is a resort that caters for young and old alike, as well as those in between.

Our Accommodation:

We pride ourselves in providing accommodation which is both high-quality and value for money, with a warm friendly welcome. We have double rooms and a twin room available - all of which are en-suite. The rooms are furnished to a high standard and include a colour television with freeview and tea & coffee making facilities. As we are open year-round, the rooms are also centrally heated for the colder months.

All out rooms are based on the ground floor for easy access.

We also have our own private car park with limited spaces, and on-street parking is available close by. For your security the public areas of the guesthouse are monitored by CCTV.
